good eats: copine

andy and i finally tried copine. we've passed it several times and have talked about going since we moved here, but haven't had a chance to make it in here... until tonight that is!

date nights are my favorite nights. i love this guy.

it was such a lovely dinner. as i've mentioned previously, i love catching glimpses of restaurant owners + chefs during my dining experience and this was no different. for some reason or another, it just makes the dining experience much more intimate and real to me. the restaurant was much larger than i imagined - in a good way - and the ambiance + lighting was perfect. most importantly, the food did not disappoint. another delicious seattle find :)
