postcards from san francisco

September 12, 2019 by Tiffany Lieu in travel

thirty-two years today. the past year has been full of challenges, accomplishments, sadness, happiness, and growth. i’ve always had the notion that reaching thirty would be the pinnacle of my life — but it’s been a harder decade than i imagined. but even on my darkest days, in the moments that feel like the light will never shine again, holding on has always been worth it. the moments that follow make life so beautiful.

my birthday is always a melancholic time for me, but I’m so lucky to have amazing people in my life to keep my spirits up. thanks to everyone who has reached out with warm wishes & birthday love — and for every person that has extended me even the smallest kindness and thoughtfulness throughout my life — it has made more of a difference than i can ever tell you.

sleepless in seattle

July 06, 2016 by Tiffany Lieu in travel

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

Community First Village

April 23, 2016 by Tiffany Lieu in travel

There's something to be said about living in excess. It's a viewpoint I took from The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up. It's hard not to get caught up in materialistic things, like the big house, the nice cars, the exquisite furnishings, and expensive clothing. It's easy to lose track of having too much and forgetting all the little (but important) things we take for granted.
